Bad attitude, short of calling us idiots for not putting up another $5000, should've walked away then.... Fast forward, service department are the worst I've dealt with in my life! No soft skills, every customer is treated like a moron. You are taking up their time as if they have better things to do other than their job! Looks like it's been staffed with recent criminals, stay far far away, go to Jeep in Davis instead. More

So I went to them and asked them about it. A service representative says to me that he doesn't know what I am talking about. So I said, "oh so the letter I got is not a standard letter that you guys send?" He gives me a tone, "I don't know what letter you got." So asked how often should I get my Jeep Cherokee get serviced. He says "10,000 miles for an oil change." I said, "are you sure because I remember the letter says 8,000 or 3 months, which ever comes first" (side note: I wasn't trying to trick him. He already said that my information was wrong. I just want to verify). He snaps at me with a tone, "I don't know what you're talking about. Bring the letter." Ok, you would think I would not come back, but I do even though my husband said to just go to Davis instead. So go back a few weeks later because the oil change came on at 8,000. I get the same guy. I'm not sure if he remember me. I informed him that I want an oil change. He asks for my keys and goes to my car. He tells me that it's going to be 79 dollars for the oil change. I informed him that I think we have free maintenance until 20K. He skims to the computer and says no. (oh, btw, I spoke to someone on the phone earlier if I do get free oil change and he said yes. I even asked if he was sure). So anyway, I mentioned that I spoke with someone earlier and he said it was free. I felt that he was getting annoyed with me. So called my husband and asked him if I was misinformed, my husband says no. So I asked service guy, "Can you check in a different name? Because I just spoke with my husband and he says it should get a free one." This guys snaps at me and says, "do you want the oil change or not?!" I was willing to pay for it, but he was sooo rude! I walked away and went to Davis instead. Better service at Davis! Also, Davis told me that there was a recall on my vehicle. More

We saw the sales person helping a different couple which was fine, but we felt that he left us for a long time and ignored us when we asked if we could test drive. We approached him again, and he said that he will have a different person help us. We felt that he literally left us because we were not a "sale". So we left. We decided to go Davis instead who were much helpful and attentive. More

I called Nathan 3 times today and faxed pay stubs, proof of employment that I have been employed for 15 years with same company,and a copy.of my DL..He called me and I asked if I needed anything else he replied no just come on down. I drove from Sacramento to Vacaville to meet with him. He immediately took me into his office, gave me a form.to fill out and asked if I had a check.for taxes, license and transfer fees. I said no you never mentioned any of that. I said nevermind and just walked away upset. I wasted gas and he wasted my time. I am a manager where I work and integrity means alot to me..well Nathan had none. More

Was not honest with us about the deal, I had a flyer from the dealer saying my trade was worth 15,885.00 they only gave me 10,000.00, and before I caught it I had already signed the paper. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! They will lie to you, raise the price of the trade in and give you less than agreed upon price. I Traded in my 20011 Mini Cooper Countryman- pay-off was $2200, THE to you, raise the price of the trade in and give you less than agreed upon price. I Traded in my 20011 Mini Cooper Countryman- pay-off was $2200, THEY said it was $23.061 and "oh, if it's less we can send you a check". Then only gave me $18,000 for the car. NOT what they said it was!!! They did the paperwork and pushed us out the door before we realized on the way home they duped us out of $9000. (we also put $3000 down which still didn't cover the $5000 they stole from my trade in!!!) The finance manager also told me just to sign my husbands name too. Not a place you want to loose money!
