I updated this review to 1 star as a result of the dealership’s response. I have been going to Vacaville Ram for some time now for service needs. I took my truck in for a simple oil change and tir dealership’s response. I have been going to Vacaville Ram for some time now for service needs. I took my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After getting the truck back, while washing it, I noticed that one of my lug nuts was missing on the right/front wheel. Either the tech forgot to put it back on or left it very loose. No big deal and an easy fix fight? Well read on. I called the service department and explained what had happened. I was wondering if I could get a stock lug nut to replace the missing one (approximately a $23.00 part apparently). The representative told me they “would need to see the wheel”. I told her the wheel looks fine and it is just missing the lug nut. Again she told me I would have to make an appointment so they could examine the wheel. I had a busy day ahead and so I offered to send her the above pic. She subsequently transferred me to “Parts” who said they could sell me the lug nut, but could not authorize a free replacement. In the end I went to Hoblit in Woodland and purchased the new part. This review is not about a $25.00 lug nut however (that’s with tax out the door). It is really about customer service and organizational culture. To start, I have to wonder what else was missed if something this obvious was overlooked? Second and most important, If I cannot resolve such a simple issue quickly, how does this dealership handle more serious problems? More
If you're considering buying a vehicle, especially a pre-owned vehicle, my advice is to steer clear of this place. I wish I would've read the many poor reviews before shopping here. I'm a firefighte pre-owned vehicle, my advice is to steer clear of this place. I wish I would've read the many poor reviews before shopping here. I'm a firefighter and after having my Ford Flex totaled early this year, I finally saved up enough money for a down payment along with my modest payout to try and upgrade to a truck to better suit my personal and professional needs. On my first visit I spoke with Leo about a used 2022 GMC 3500HD with 55k miles that had been on their lot for two months. Leo quickly informed me he could lower the price by $3k from their Carfax listing, which I thought was awesome. I then inquired about a 100k bumper to bumper warranty and how much those cost. He told me $5k, but that he could take $4k of that out of the asking price so essentially it would be $1000 extra. I thought this was fair. Unfortunately, they literally had lost the key fob to the truck so I wasn't able to open it, let alone test drive it that day. Still, I was interested and came back once they were able to have new key fobs made to test drive. I came back about five days later for the test drive and Leo wasn't there, so Darwin did the test drive with me (apparently he snaked the deal from another sales rep that I made an appointment with but that's their problem, not mine). I loved the truck after driving it and Darwin and I agreed to the deal that Leo had initially offered me. I was very happy. Well, be aware that when you sign the pages and pages of documents to finalize the sale with Daniel their finance guy, you will do so on an iPad that skips ahead to the areas that you need to tap for your initials and signatures. So unless you take the iPad out of Daniel's hand and scrutinize every page and line item, they may pull a fast one on you. Like an idiot, I assumed I was signing the deal we literally just agreed to, and I was wrong. And like an idiot, I didn't review the printed out version after signing until it was too late, because you know, I simply thought I had signed what we agreed to and understood there'd be taxes and DMV fees. Well, they went ahead and charged me their full price of $4995 for the 4 year/100k warranty! I didn't notice this until I picked up the check (for the amount I was financing) from my credit union to deliver it to the dealership, when it was about $5k more than I expected. I would have never have agreed to pay that price for a warranty on a vehicle that's already 2 and a half years old, with 55k miles on it. The warranty will expire in one and a half years and I'll likely only have put another 20k miles on this truck by then. I would've paid $1000 max for that warranty. After expressing my disappointment when I came to drop off the check, Leo tried to tell me that he initially lowered the price to make up the difference for the warranty, which is xx because I didn't inquire about the warranty until AFTER he told me the lower price. They said all they could do at this time is offer me "free services for one year every 10k miles" So essentially one free service that I'd have to drive 45 minutes each direction from Martinez where I live to Vacaville and back. No thank you. At the risk making myself look stupid for letting this happen to me, I'm sharing this experience with the hope I can save a few folks from making the same mistake I did. I was so happy with my purchase at first and I do love the truck, but I felt so let down when I figured out I was lied to and basically put $4k in the pocket of the people that lied to me. I'll be telling every first responder I know to avoid this dealership, and I'd advise anyone reading this to do the same. Cheers. More
I had just started my searching for a used Jeep and I ended up going here after a not so good experience at a national retailer. Surf, my sales guy, was very polite, professional. He listened to what I ended up going here after a not so good experience at a national retailer. Surf, my sales guy, was very polite, professional. He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a better, newer Jeep than what I was finding elsewhere. Surf went to his manager Tony and was able to get me a lot closer to where I wanted to be, but got me a great deal on a Jeep I absolutely love. Given the start of my journey, it was great to have it end the way it did. More
Had a great deal online decided to drive to the dealership and test drive. It had a great test drive with the salesman Neff and went inside to work out a deal. We came to a great deal at a price th dealership and test drive. It had a great test drive with the salesman Neff and went inside to work out a deal. We came to a great deal at a price that we both agreed on and the price was for the vehicle, tax, title, registration and everything out the door. The trade worked out in my favor I got the price I wanted for the vehicle that I was trading but when we sat down with the finance person, and the asking price for the jeep was suddenly $6000 over what we had agreed on. When discussed, the manager of the dealership named Tony who we had never met before was extremely rude, came in and said, and I quote, "I'm not paying anyone's taxes." We discussed that this is not the number that the salesman and I had agreed on and shook hands on, and he said "I don't care you're still getting a great deal." He said that it was a miscommunication with the salesman and I said that should have been discussed before we shook hands on a deal. He said he didn't care and wasn't paying anyone's taxes. Tony was extremely abrasive and hostile when the error was clearly on their end. He threw his salesman under the bus saying he was new and didn't know what he was doing. Maybe don't let him make deals then? I sat with my wife and discussed for a few minutes and we decided that we would do half ($3000 more than we originally agreed on) since it the deal would have still been worth it so we wanted to make it happen. Tony wouldn't even consider any compromise and said "let me get your keys'" meaning the keys to what I was trading in. We walked. I don't want to do business with shady dealers who don't honor their deals. This dealership does not honor the deals that they agree to and will try to upcharge you. DO NOT GO HERE. READ THIS AND OTHER REVIEWS! They do this all the time!!!!! More

Sales Manager Leonardo and Salesman Noises were great! My deal started off perfect but then after being told to come in and finalize the deal I received a call telling me the bank backed out of the deal. My deal started off perfect but then after being told to come in and finalize the deal I received a call telling me the bank backed out of the deal. I was offered a ridiculous deal which I declined to take. The truck sold right after I declined the deal I was offered. So I called the credit union that supposedly turned my loan down and I got a different story. I was told my loan was approved conditionally and that the bank requested more information but the dealership never responded. So something fishy happened... 3 stars should be 0 stars but like I said Leonardo and Moises were great! More
Shady business practices here. Luckily, I was able to maneuver through their tricks and ambiguity and secure a decent deal. I worked with several dealers to acquire a certain vehicle. I asked the same questions to each dealer to get a pulse check on each dealer's integrity, and received different answers from each of them - none of which were anywhere near the truth according to CarFax. It's kind of amazing how easily they will lie to your face when the facts are posted online! If you do decide to deal with these guys, you'd best be on your A-game, pay attention to what they're trying to sell you, and ASK if you don't understand what they're trying to charge you for. I found my experience here to be VERY unpleasant overall. Beware of their attempts to sell you warranties, insurance plans, and other unnecessary fees/charges without stating/explaining to buyers explicitly. I'm glad I was able to secure the car I had my eyes on. I don't plan on ever returning here and I hope to never work with this business again. If this is how Wise Auto Group manages their dealerships, I can only imagine the sheer volume of buyers they've taken advantage of. More
