Came in to purchase a new vehicle. Receptionist Chanel was very polite and smiled. My salesman Doug was horrible. He took personal calls during our ride also seemed uninterested in what I wanted. The waiting area I sat in for 30mins waiting was dirty and they had nothing to drink except coffee. No waters no soft drinks like they used to have. The finance lady Kate helped out a lot but I felt like I could've gotten a better deal . Bottom line I wouldn't recommend this place because I've had better experiences elsewhere. More

Turned out the big 5.4 engine sucks gas as if it had a 2" hole in the tank, SVM module (key fobs and tire sensors) does not work - they knew that and failed to disclose even after promising me a new key fob. Now throwing P code indicating camshaft timing issues, probably $1000-$1500 repair. Charlie keeps giving me the runaround, never any concrete answers. Cannot even get them to give me a time to bring truck in to replace SVM or look at the camshaft issue. Big ripoff, they smile the whole time they are gutting you. More
Service Department I took my vehicle back in for repairs on 07-09-19 after they replaced my fuel line in March 2019. they had my vehicle for almost 2 months before they I took my vehicle back in for repairs on 07-09-19 after they replaced my fuel line in March 2019. they had my vehicle for almost 2 months before they return it back to me. there were no status calls about what was going on with my vehicle the whole time they had it. I wasn't happy at all with the service i received to the point i ended up contacting Corporate to get assistance with the repairs on my vehicle. More

Focus transmission issues Took my 2014 Ford Focus in for issues with the notorious dual clutch transmission. From the start the service writer was polite and professional. Called the next day to tell me what they had found and quoted a price. Called later that day and told me more extensive issues had been uncovered but the repairs would be covered by the Ford extended warranty on that transmission. Only problem was the part (TCM) was on back order and wasn’t expected for 10 days but asked if I had transportation issues,, which I didn’t. This was on Friday. Called on Monday and said the had been able to get the part and the technician came in on the weekend and installed it . I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed. I’d recommend this service department. They also took care of 2 recalls while they had the car. More

Made a two hour drive well worth with to due business on my old trade in for a new Ford F150. Best to work with and great guy. Our sales rep, Richard was on point to great us with Matt upon our arrival and had my pickup ready while we worked out financing and made sure all my requests were already taken care of. I appreciated that he also topped off the tank and had my old plate from my trade in ready for me. Even their finance department was top notch. We had done our shopping around and "knew" we had the best rate, but Nathan, the Iron City Ford finance director, managed to find a quarter point lower rate for us. Also, extremely knowledgeable as well and excellent to work with. Have purchased from Dodge/Jeep, Honda, and GMC and now Ford. Iron City Ford hands down beat every other dealership purchase experience with Honda the only other dealership that even came a little close to the friendly/helpful and fast service we received at Iron City Ford. Unethical and Slimy Practices! Stay away slimy practices when listing vehicles as “internet specials” then the salesman jacking the price up even after you selected for them to contact you! False advertisement and slimy practices by a dealership that doesn’t know what they are selling. Addendum fees that were added after they found out about this USED vehicle. Asked “how do I qualify for the internet price because I found the vehicle on the internet and inquired about it via internet”. Sent me multiple invoices before and after asking about the internet special, changing numbers and adding addendum fees on a used vehicle...... Really? Bad. Business! To buy the car I found on the internet, I’d have to drive through two states because I didn’t roll up to the dealer and see the car in the show room. So what really qualifies someone for their “internet special”? Very unethical practices for used vehicles. Stay away and keep looking at other internet specials because they stick to their price unlike this dealership! The salesman didn’t even know details about the vehicle and said it came with certain things and it didn’t. I’ll chalk that up as uneducated about the vehicle and not a liar. More
