Seeking legal action against this dealership. Sold my daughter a car stating never been wrecked. We ran carfax report and car had 2 serious accidents. She tried to bring it back within the first 10 minutes leaving dealership. Car clunks and shakes terrible in rear end. Called them asap and told her they were closing to bring car back tomorrow. When she brought car in the morning they told her sorry we already cashed the check!!! Paperwork does not match up, amounts are all different and my daughter signatures are on papers she’s never seen before. I asked their receptionist twice to see the actual paperwork and never received them Waited 3 hours in the waiting room to speak with general manager and he ignored us! Contacted Ford company themselves to report them and have case started, Ford attempted to contact the Sales and General managers both yesterday by phone and was told by Dixon Ford they were both out for the day. When the case manager from Ford told me that….. I was standing right outside his glass office looking at him. He hadn’t left his office the whole 3 hours we had been there. They advertise on their webpage that they are gold and blue ford certified, woman I talked to from Ford Motor Company stated they are not certified at all! Buyer beware. More
