Went in for a USED car...salesman didn't even introduce himself so I couldn't tell you his name. When we ask what he had as used cars he replied "I think I have one"(really?). Long story short, we ended himself so I couldn't tell you his name. When we ask what he had as used cars he replied "I think I have one"(really?). Long story short, we ended up with a 2012 Sentra and was told that was in our price range so okay...NEVER did he say it was not keyless entry, no cruise control, automatic outside mirror adjustments. He told us we would get "USE" to not having a keyless entry! NO I WON'T..so I called back and ask how much it would cost to get keyless entry reply "$500-600" WHAT???? For what I was paying a month I could have had a lot better car~! They had a lot of hidden charges and a clause in the contract that we had no recourse on the car. I called and left at least 10 msgs for the general manager never returned my calls and if he was there he was always in a "Meeting", sure he was! Please choose another dealership! or get an attorney to take with you!!!!! More
