Service department is always a zoo. Too many people too little space. A review of how customers get service should be done. Not a negative on the actual staff. I had my first service with my 2025 Buick enclave and everybody was very nice and professional. It went smoothly. The cashier was very nice. I enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies in the hot coffee and Gre everybody was very nice and professional. It went smoothly. The cashier was very nice. I enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies in the hot coffee and Greg who was my service person. He was very nice the customer service there was great. The only problem I had was getting out of there. It was a little tight other than that I enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to my next service appointment More
Went in needed a battery replacement 15 minutes before their closing took me with no problem and was actually done in 16 minutes I believe that was the quickest time I ever spent waiting for service lol their closing took me with no problem and was actually done in 16 minutes I believe that was the quickest time I ever spent waiting for service lol More
Dixie did a great job of fixing the mess GMC did on my 2024 2500 Sierra AT4 Diesel with their over the air updates 3 times !! getting the voltage of the 2 batteries down to 8 V. Of course, truck didn't st 2024 2500 Sierra AT4 Diesel with their over the air updates 3 times !! getting the voltage of the 2 batteries down to 8 V. Of course, truck didn't start, batteries too weak to keep the cabin lights on. Dixie took me in on short notice, got me a 2500 truck rental and fixed my truck by replacing the 2 dead batteries within a day. More
