I went to buy a car yesterday with my boyfriend on Good Friday for my 17 yr old daughter at 12 pm and left the dealership around 2 pm. We purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima, and I took the car to get it cleaned and ready for her. Around 6 pm, on the way to take the car to my daughter, the car broke down, and the check engine light went on. I called Seth, the salesperson who sold me the car, around 7 pm without any luck. The next day I called the salesperson and informed him I was on my way with the car, and he told me there was nothing he could do and told me to use the 3 month warranty. I called the warranty place to find out they are only open Mon to Thurs. I had to tow the car to a place to fix the transmission. Not sure if the 3-month guarantee they offer will cover the cost or if they will be able to pay the place where I took the car, as the dealer was not able to direct me where to take the car. Do to the holiday I have to wait until Monday for the car to get diagnosed, if it can be fixed etc. ***They did not disclose any issues with the car; the only thing they mentioned to me and the only light the vehicle had on was an issue with the key, they said, was the battery. The car ENGINE LIGHT turned on and CAR BROKE DOWN hours after purchasing it. I was in route to give it to my daughter as a gift. What a DISASTER. More

I called and texted Serg, the guy who sold me the car, no answer and no reply. The next day I reach out only to have him treat me as if he is oblivious and told me to use the extended warranty that he can't assist in anyway. I told him there is a mechanic garage in his dealership that I would bring the car back to. He then told me to find a mechanic shop and not bring it back to the dealership, mind you the car broke down the same day I bought it. Note: the warranty company they work with offer is only open Monday thru Thursday. I broke down on Friday. I am on my own with a car I bought and broke down on the same day. Thanks for nothing!!!! I will let everyone in my family, my business, my friends and my extended network know not to shop here. Currently speaking to my attorney. More

Came in for a Ford f150 and the guys there took care of all of my questions. No bs straight to the point with all of the tags and taxes. Finally some dealers that don’t stick random fees on you.
