Disgraceful service, I noticed my truck had left the dealership for 45 minutes when I brought it in for a simple oil change. It's well worth the drive to go to Midway. These guys are rude and just don't get it. It's sad when people can't just do their jobs. More

I purchased and have had my Ram 2500 diesel truck serviced by Dishman Dodge since day one. I recently had service performed for a check engine indicator. The fault was covered under the Cummins war serviced by Dishman Dodge since day one. I recently had service performed for a check engine indicator. The fault was covered under the Cummins warranty. In addition, the service technician discovered an issue in the drive train that required repaired, again covered in the extended warranty. The service tech's are not only repairing what was initially at fault but checking to make sure there are not any other potential problems which could lead to a more costly repair. I have always had great and friendly service at Dishman Dodge. The repair time is minimal and the pricing is fair. We are looking at a new vehicle for the wife and we are starting at Dishman Dodge first. More

I wanted Bright Red and chose 3 that interested me. Their internet pricing was especially attractive. I contacted the dealership and was referred to Rob Martin. That turned out to be a real blessing. He and I talked several times and he was very patient with my questions. He got all the information regarding the payment I needed, trade info, amount owing on it, and if I had cash. He called me on July 5 with info on another rebate that would expire on the 6th. We went up to Spokane from our home in Moses Lake,WA. The test drive convinced us that we definitely wanted the Journey. The sales experience was uncontentious and we chose to purchase extended warranty, gap insurance and protection package for the interior and exterior. We definitely will recommend Dishman Dodge and Rob Martin to everyone. More
