9 months ago By far the most unprofessional, scheming, and distasteful dealership I’ve ever encountered. Jan 2022 My first interaction was with the owner ( white man in a pick up truck will never get and distasteful dealership I’ve ever encountered. Jan 2022 My first interaction was with the owner ( white man in a pick up truck will never get out of car ) he told me he would buy my 06 Chevy impala which was towed over there ( my own expense ) for $700 . When I arrived with my mechanic to examine the car … he looked at the receipt he promised me he would honor and told me they wouldn’t honor it and my services wasn’t needed . Once he got wind that I had came “ money ready “ he told me Maurice would be arriving . Remind you myself and mechanic were both black … he’s mannerism along with attitude wasn’t the same for people of his peers . He collected my money, lowered the offer from $700 to $500 and wanted me to pay more of a down payment for a car that radio wasn’t working ! I paid faithfully on Zelle and wasn’t properly documented when paid my car note in advanced , resulting in them marking my account late and demanding money for a late payment that wasn’t late ! They didn’t try to correct it nor gave me a receipt until almost a week later . 06/20/2022 My car was damaged out due to a drunk driver . Mr. Dan (sales man ) assured me he’ll credit my account since the car would be paid off in 6 months compared to years it was due ! He delayed the payment process so he would receive the check first … meaning he didn’t have to put me in a car . He didn’t get my signature or issue me a receipt regarding the pay out received and cashed out by him and the owner . Once asked for the updated payment record he refused to put in corrected payment nor give me the updated records . I had to acquire my records from the insurance agent and looked into discrepancies in the paperwork and seen him falsifying documents . He told me once I stated I was getting legal advice that he wouldn’t issue a updated payments until he got more money ! I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE TO GO TO THESE SCAMMERS ! My friend was also scammed by them by messing one initial payment and they retaliated to another black individual and repossessed his car and refused for him to get his property. They took my Nissan from the storage without my permission and will do anything for a coin ! 08/04/2022 A reference of mine acquired a bout getting a Nissan . He put down on the car for a down payment and when asked can he get it back … he was told no he couldn’t until a couple of days until cops were called . 08/12/2022 Mr. Dan tabatabaei called me a xxxxx and told me to shut up once I asked multiple times for my records . He is very aggressive and I believe a racist due to the comments he said to myself ! CONCLUSION Seek a attorney if you want to get into a agreement with them and all there cars are savages , been in wrecks , and check the vins . They don’t offer gap and will not honor the 30 days to fix things with your car . More

Once the deal is complete they make it even more difficult to make the payments on time. There is no Online or Call-in line to make the payments. You have to go into the dealership to make the payment or you could call one of the office staff cell phones,.“Which They Rarely Answers”. Making it even more difficult when trying to make a payment on time. Forcing a late payment. Because I’m in & out of town most of the time I could not go into the dealership to make a payment. Once late, They wasted no time Repo-ing the vehicle without a simple courtesy call first. Little did I know they had recently Repo-ed this same vehicle when they sold it to me. I spoke with Mr Dan Suenber - The Sales Manager. I also spoke with Mr Joe Smith-The Owner. I pointed out to them how difficult it was to call in and make my car payments on time, due to unanswered calls. Both of them refused to acknowledge the problems or to do anything about it. I spoke to an attorney who was very familiar with these practices. He explained how certain in-house finances Dealerships make money off Repos.. He Said… They Want You To Get Behind On Your Payment. So They Can Repo The Vehicle. Then Charge Exaggerated Tow & Storage Fees. Making It Even More Difficult To Get The Car Back. Once Repo-ed, They waste no time reselling It to another unaware customer. Doubling, Sometimes Tripping Their Profits, Depending On How Many Times They Resell it. Under The circumstances, Because Of These Unfair Practices… Discount Auto Brokers Is Not A Recommended Auto Dealership. It A Scam!! More

SCAM! !!!! Do not buy from this dealership!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle!! The 2014 Chevy impala broke down on the way h !!!! Do not buy from this dealership!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle!! The 2014 Chevy impala broke down on the way home and we have had trouble with it ever since! I then spent a additional $1200 with their mechanic to fix it but the problem was never fixed! Mr Dan and Mr Joe are both in the business of scamming good people! I am out over $13,000 for a xxx car!! I have now found out the car was a salvage title because it was reported totaled and they somehow washed the title to make it look like a clean title! I will be reporting them to to DMV dealership complaints department! I have also spoken to other customer that were also scammed and we are joining to put a stop to this!! We will be taking Legal action and filling a law suit against this company! You messed with the wrong person. It is not right to take advantage of customers!!! More

Explain everything nice and smooth all numbers with smile on his face. Never see that positive attitude on both guys that I made business with .Thank You both for a great experience. Sergay is the best. We bought a mini van from this place and they were awesome. We found them on ksl and the van is pretty much what we expected.
