Car Service I felt disregarded when i dropped off my car for early check-in. Multiple people were walking around and saw me and offered no help. Only one person was working the greeting center so it went slowly. Next day nobody alterted me that my car was ready. I called because i had not heard from anyone and the cashier said it was ready but knew nothing else. When i arrived later that day, the cashier asked if anyone had gone over the serive sheet with me and i said no. Nobody there seemed to care about doing their job. More

Easy as could be! I dropped my car off at my appointment time and was out of there in about 5 minutes. They paid for an uber home. Angelo texted a couple of hours lat I dropped my car off at my appointment time and was out of there in about 5 minutes. They paid for an uber home. Angelo texted a couple of hours later and pick up was a breeze, I have the Volkswagen Care maintenance which probably made this easier. Angelo went over the detailed of he service with me and pointed out that they found a nail in my tire. They took care of that for me too! Overall a great experience. More
