Problem solved! My 2017 Passat was showing signs of rotor warping on the front brakes. Thomas , in service took down my explanation of why I felt it was a warranty issue and he said he'd look into it. When I returned after breakfast, not only had the issue been looked into, but it had been repaired under warranty and the car was ready to drive off! Absolutely the best outcome for me. I am very pleased to tell this story and expect to bring any further issues to Dirito Brothers for service. More

I made my appointment to have a seat belt repaired very easily and quickly over the phone. I brought my car to the service center and was greeted by a friendly employee who gave me clear instructions of where I needed to go next. Once inside, I was pleasantly greeted by Kevin who competently explained what was required to fix my car. Over the next two days, I received timely updates on when the car would be ready for pick-up. It was a five-star experience from start to finish. More
