Stress free and pleasurable experience! When my old car finally died on me and my husband decided now would be the best time to finally get that truck I always wanted. I was hesitant at fir When my old car finally died on me and my husband decided now would be the best time to finally get that truck I always wanted. I was hesitant at first, considering I heard that purchasing a car tends to be very stressful and arduous process. We looked up several places and we decided to pop a visit over to Direct Cars to look at a truck I was interested in. I was amazed that the moment I walked through the door they were very kind and helpful. Todd Urban, the assistant manager, greeted us and gladly showed us the truck. He answered all my questions and allowed us to inspect it. I eventually decided that I wanted the lovely Dodge Ram, and from there we sat down and began to go through the necessary steps for me to purchase it. Todd Urban was very open, we chatted about books and our pets(even showed me a picture of his adorable labrador!). He even let me use his phone charger when my phone was about to die(and he offered to! I didn't even have to ask). To get all the paper worked filled it only took us a hour, but the time sure did fly since we all were having a good time conversing. I even got to meet their two adorable french bulldogs! Here I thought buying a car is suppose to be stressful! I love my truck and definitely if any one needs to buy a car or if I ever need to buy another one in the future I'll be stopping by again!
