Dimitri made it easy for us to swap it out for a newer car better suited to our recently changed needs. We love the new car and hopefully it will be good to us. But what I am most grateful to Dimitri for is his ability to put packages together that, as he puts it 'make it work for you and for me'. He had the right car, he put together a very attractive newly tailored finance package with his credit union of choice, he took the old one back in part exchange on fair terms, he got us a mind bogglingly comprehensive extended warranty at a very good price, which he rolled up into the finance package. We were in and out of their show room having had a good test drive, with our plates on our new car inside an hour. It was easy, enjoyable and efficient, and the coffee was excellent, as always. I haven't known many used car dealers I would trust over the years, either in America or Europe. Dimitri Golub is a rare exception. More
