Bunch of scammers. I bought a 2016 dodge dart from them and my tire was flat with in the first night. Took me over 2 weeks for them to refund me for a used one. With in the first month I had to get new bra and my tire was flat with in the first night. Took me over 2 weeks for them to refund me for a used one. With in the first month I had to get new brake pads change headlights and change 2 other tires since they gave me such trash ones. Hassles yes but nothing too serious, but then I find out my battery is lose I try to get it tighted and the mechanic says who ever installed the battery broke something so I would have to change that whole part. Now my car turns off while I'm driving if I hit a bump smh. But here's the kicker, my radiator went out and when I went to get it checked they said it was because the frame work is chopped and missing bolts. The car is basically in 2 pieces and if I ever hit anything on my front right side it would cause way more damage then it should. Come to find out the car was in 2 major accidents which I was never told about. I called the dealership to let them know, they said they would call me back in 15 mins I wait 2 hours before trying to call back but it went straight to voice-mail lmaooooo you guessed it they were professional enough to block me. Lets just say it took me everything not to drive a hour away and visit them personally. They rate. lied to me about the finance and im stuck with a 22percent annual interest rate.I am at lost for words but know I will do everything in my power to expose these crooks More

2010 Nissan Sentra is a total junk STAY FAR FAR AWAY. We bought a car from him sometime in October for a lower than KBB price (questionable since why would somebody sell a car for nearl STAY FAR FAR AWAY. We bought a car from him sometime in October for a lower than KBB price (questionable since why would somebody sell a car for nearly $1500-2000 less than it is worth if it is in fair condition, mistake number 1 we made). Also, they take a very very long time to send the title to you (almost a month and a half). We have had problem after problem with the car and have spent close to $1500 fixing what is now worth next to nothing. Today, the check engine light came on (Jan 22). That was the last straw. This car was never in good condition because from the first week, there was always sounds coming out of the engine, or other problems that we encountered later down the road. I feel as though no matter how much research you conduct before checking out a dealership, I highly recommend you bring a mechanic along with you because maybe then you won't fall into a financial black hole as we have. More

Terrible Dealer -BEWARE!!!! I was looking to purchase a used car and saw some listings from this dealer online. I decided to stop in and check them out in person. The sales lady I was looking to purchase a used car and saw some listings from this dealer online. I decided to stop in and check them out in person. The sales lady was completely illiterate about cars and had no knowledge of what she was selling. My brother who came with me saw a car that seemed very good. It was a Volkswagen Passat 2010 approx 103,000 miles and in excellent condition. We decided to test drive it and soon enough we were negotiating prices. The lady told me that I could pay extra for an “Extended Warranty” that would cover any engine and other specific problems with the car for 30 days after the sale of the car. I accepted the warranty and paid an extra “39.95” on top of ridiculous hidden fees that the owner “Adam” refused to lower. The sale was finalized and I went home with what I thought was a great purchase. During the next few days I decided to take it to Pep boys to see if I can order a Tuneup and a change of oil and to inspect the brakes. They told me that the engine had a "mounting problem" and that it would cost me approx $800 plus to fix. I reached out to Adam because I remembered that I had payed the extra money for the warranty. Unfortunately the dealer never submitted my warranty and never payed the warranty company. Therefore I had no coverage and could not add the coverage now because it had been more than 3 days after the purchase. I was furious! After 100 calls to Adam he asked me to bring the car in so that a friend “mechanic”can see it only for the mechanic to call me back that very same day saying there was nothing wrong with the car!!! UNBELIEVABLE! To make matters worst, soon after picking up the car from this “‘mechanic “ the cars check Engine light came on. This dealership failed to honor the warranty they “sold” me. On top of this they have not wanted to help resolve the matter. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are running a fraudulent business and a total scam. More
