I initially scheduled my appointment for 2 p. m. on Tuesday, May 26th. However, when I called the dealership about 10 minutes before my appointment, they informed me that I wasn’t in their system. m. on Tuesday, May 26th. However, when I called the dealership about 10 minutes before my appointment, they informed me that I wasn’t in their system. Consequently, I had to call off work for no apparent reason. I promptly scheduled another appointment the following day at 11:30 a.m. Upon my arrival, Cheyenne provided me with a breakdown of the cost of my oil change, which was $149.56. However, when I arrived at the dealership after the oil change, I was presented with a bill of $187, which was significantly higher than the agreed-upon price. To make matters worse, I was informed that my car would be detailed after the oil change, but it was not done. This experience has left me feeling quite disappointed and has made me reconsider purchasing a warranty package from this dealership, especially after being lied to and feeling betrayed. More
For the most part, the Chevrolet is a good dealership. They never readjusted the front to the rear and it was supposed to top off all the fluids which were not done. More
