On 2/28/25 I had to take my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq in for a software update. While they didn't have any loaner cars on site they did provide me with a very nice rental at Hertz. The service guys gave me a ride software update. While they didn't have any loaner cars on site they did provide me with a very nice rental at Hertz. The service guys gave me a ride there and when I went to pick up my Lyriq the next day they let me drop off the rental at the dealership. All the service people I have dealt with were exceptional; Sheila Lytle and Jocab Mueller were quick to help me and document the service needs. The entire shop runs well under Service Manager Bill Kegan. I've had over a dozen cars and worked with many dealerships but Dimmitt Cadillac is by far the best. More
