Great Service I recently purchased a 2013 ATS and there were a few things that I needed help with. Sara Cribbs was very helpful and quick in getting my car to the I recently purchased a 2013 ATS and there were a few things that I needed help with. Sara Cribbs was very helpful and quick in getting my car to the service department un order for them to diagnos the problem and get it fixed. She kept me informed on how things were going and gave me a time when I could expect my car to be ready. They were done within minutes of when they said it would be ready. Overall it was a great experience. When I got home, there was an issue with my radio and I called the dealership to speak with someone and Sara talked me through how to resolve the issue. She is definitely an asset to Dimmitt. More

Everyone bustles around in a friendly and professional manner to make sure you are treated well. You are advised thoroughly on what needs to be done and what the charges will be. There are no surprises. The facility is immaculately clean and comfortable. Jason has been the person who takes care of me and my car (a lovely Saab so of course there are issues with getting parts but service somehow works that all out). Jason has been so professional and friendly in helping me put the vehicle right and explaining the things that need to be done. That's just what I need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dimmitt for complete car service. It is a really wonderful company. More
