Notch above excellent I made arrangements to have Sarah Cribbs as my service contact because I have dealt with her before and she knows me. I brought my 2006 CTS in to have the air conditioner fixed. She arranged for a loaner and it was a good thing because it was there for two days. She also fixed another problem for me. Then, when I came to pick up the car, I drove a mile or so and the air was still running hot. So I brought it back. I could tell she felt bad and was frustrated that it wan't fixed. She got me the loaner back and I will see on Monday how it's doing. She was more than I could have asked for and the service department should be proud of her. John Fitts More

Patricia took a lot of time to listen to all of my concerns with my car, then she repeated them all to me to make sure she had everything. I'm not sure that I can accurately describe my experience over any other car dealership I've spent time at Nissan, Chevrolet and Toyota and never felt as appreciated and valued as a customer as I did at Cadillac. At no extra charge, he has my car picked up at my home and dropped off at my work after the oil has been changed. He even has it washed and vacuumed before it is returned back to me. Well done!
