Had to stop in without an appointment after noticing a screw in my tire. My Service Consultant Bill Kegan was on vacation. Sheila Lytle assisted me providing outstanding service. Sheila made sure that screw in my tire. My Service Consultant Bill Kegan was on vacation. Sheila Lytle assisted me providing outstanding service. Sheila made sure that the tech checked all 4 tires to ensure there were no other issues. During the visit it was discovered that there were 2 warranty items, one a safety issue, needing repair. Sheila explained the issues to me and assured me that my car would not be returned until all was in proper and safe working order. Her dedication to service and concern for my safety was greatly appreciated. More
