Bought a 30,000 dollar car, the salesman treated me very well and was respectful. Two weeks after have the car and the weather started to get cold I wanted to use the heater, it did not work. Before purchasing they had replaced two heater core hoses so obviously there was an issue before purchasing, they refuse to fix the problem and I have only had the car for two weeks. Poor customer service at their repair facility. I'm am definitely not impressed nor happy. More
I came looked at a vehicle got underneath it and salesman became irritated said we were rude I said for $34000.00 I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting took. Obviously I was we left the lot!! I received a prompt response on my inquiry for a specific, almost new, pre-owned GMC vehicle. Unfortunately it was no longer available, but our disappointment had nothing to do with Sid Dillon's pro specific, almost new, pre-owned GMC vehicle. Unfortunately it was no longer available, but our disappointment had nothing to do with Sid Dillon's prompt and courteous follow-up. It would have been the perfect SUV for my daughter in Atlanta who heads up the nutritional testing lab for the CDC. Though she did find a similar value in Atlanta just a few days later. My boyfriend and I bought a Jeep Wrangler at Dillon’s Auto in October 2021. The whole thing went too smoothly so I should have known there would be problems later. The Jeep has turned out great but working with Dillon’s has been awful. The first issue happened when we went to register our new vehicle. We had decided to just roll everything into the loan and they sent us a check for the registration. We went in to register it and found out Dillon’s miscalculated and we were short $1500. Obviously, we paid that out of pocket and Dillon’s didn’t seem to care that they’d screwed up. The next issue was that the salesman promised us an extra key before we’d left the lot and we still haven’t received it months later. My boyfriend called several times and they kept telling him that the person we needed to talk to wasn’t in. This went on for a few weeks. The salesman finally told us that we could purchase one because he couldn’t find the spare. My boyfriend reminded them that we were promised the spare key and they said they would have one made. We still haven’t received that. The most recent problem is that when we purchased the Jeep, we opted for the warranty and were told that we could just opt out later. At the time, we thought it was a good idea but then decided we’d like to get our money back-which the salesman told us we could do. My boyfriend called and let them know what we wanted to do and we were told that they would get the check and the key in the mail that same day. A week or so passed and my boyfriend called only to be told that they never made it to the post office to send it off and they would go that same day. We waited another week and received nothing. My boyfriend called again today and they promised us everything would be to us by Friday. We have gotten nothing from Dillon’s and they are very reluctant to help us. I would not recommend Dillon's Auto to anyone. More
Wonderful experience with Allen Gill I had been searching for a newer Mustang GT convertible for over a year to replace my 1995 Mustang GT. I located a 2013 Mustang GT via Autotrader tha I had been searching for a newer Mustang GT convertible for over a year to replace my 1995 Mustang GT. I located a 2013 Mustang GT via Autotrader that was being sold at the Dillon’s Auto Superstore in Lincoln, NE. We live approximately 5 1/2 hours east in Illinois on the Mississippi River. My husband emailed the dealership and Allen Gill answered all of his questions promptly. We drove to Lincoln to test drive the vehicle and Allen had the vehicle ready for us as promised. The vehicle was everything I had hoped it to be and more. The entire sales process was very easy and pleasant due to Allen and the rest of the staff. I wish we had such a wonderful car dealership in our area and would not hesitate going back to Dillon’s Auto Superstore again. Thanks “Big Al” for all of your help in the purchase of my dream Mustang. More

Good experience I spotted a truck at Dillon's Auto Super Store through Autotrader.com and sent a message to the dealership late one evening and the next morning had a I spotted a truck at Dillon's Auto Super Store through Autotrader.com and sent a message to the dealership late one evening and the next morning had a message back. Started communications at that point and set up an apt for the following day. At the dealership I was greeted by the salesman and right away had a good vibe. The dealership was clean and full of nice vehicles. The salesman worked for us and met our needs to keep our payments down. Overall experience was very good. I would recommend Dillon's Auto Super Store to anyone. More
