I ALMOST BOUGHT A 2007 FORD EXPEDITION EL FROM THEM UNTIL I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND HE FOUND SOMETHING THAT WAS FAIRLY SIGNIFICANT WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. I TOLD THE SALESMAN THAT I WOULD STILL BE INTERE I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND HE FOUND SOMETHING THAT WAS FAIRLY SIGNIFICANT WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. I TOLD THE SALESMAN THAT I WOULD STILL BE INTERESTED IN IT IF THEY WOULD WORK WITH ME ON FIXING IT. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. AFTER A MONTH, I NOTICED THAT THEY STILL HAD THE VEHICLE LISTED FOR SALE AT A LOWER PRICE. I AGAIN CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS INTERESTED AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE, THAT MY MECHANIC WAS PREJUDICE TOWARDS THE VEHICLE AND THAT THEY WERE SATISFIED WITH ITS CONDITION. I WAS SPOKEN TO VERY RUDELY BY CLINT PITCOCK WHO HAPPENS TO BE THE OWNERS SON AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! THEY ALSO HAVE THIS VEHICLE LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST AS "FOR SALE BY PRIVATE OWNER" WHICH IS ILLEGAL TO MISREPRESENT. WHEN I MENTIONED THAT TO HIM HE SAID, "WE DO OWN IT." I SAID, "YES, BUT YOURE A DEALER NOT A PRIVATE OWNER" AND THAT'S WHEN HE HUNG UP. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM DIFFEE SOUTH. I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE DIFFEE FAMILY AND DIFFEE MOTORS IN GENERAL...APPARANTLY THE BROTHER-IN-LAW THAT OWNS DIFFEE SOUTH DOESN'T RUN THE SAME KIND OF DEALERSHIP!!! More
