Unacceptable customer service! My family all together have bought 8 vehicles from Diffee over the years and tonight was the last straw for us with the service department. They have always been great and tonight they treated my parents unacceptably. My parents personally are on there 4th truck from Diffee and as always in the past if you buy a truck from them the “Diffee promise” is to put you in a suitable loaner. Everytime ive had services there I’ve been put in very nice loaners equivalent or better to what I’m bringing in for service. So I finally pursuaded my elderly parents to get a service date to get all there recalls and there recent radio failure fixed on there 16 platinum f150 we bought from them brand new. Of course I talked Diffee up like I always do and told them they would be comfortable while it was worked on and we get there and we were given a 2007 Lincoln small suv that had 160k miles on it. We immediately told them after getting in it something wasn’t right and it smelled terrible they told my dad “that’s all they had available”. It smelled terribly like it had just been smoked in my mom couldn’t take it, seats and dash rattled it was terrible. All three of us has headaches in 5 min down the road. We turned around told them this was not acceptable and were greeted with a same year exact same vehicle with 128k miles after they said they didn’t have anymore to begin with and while it doesn’t have the horrendous smell the first one did it’s in no better conditon. Dash rattles, parked at a light in drive it shakes the whole vehicle and the seats are worn out. Mind you my parents drive 45 min passing joe cooper ford along the way to Diffee. I drive the same distance as well for routine services of my vehicles and have left great reviews in the past but the way my parents were treated was unacceptable tonight. The most unpleasant 45 min ride home tonight in a vehicle that rattles and shakes and is 11 years old. I feel terrible for my parents. I’m mad for the way my parents were treated and they are upset at the loaner condition and how unreliable they feel driving it. My moms terrified to drive it and says she’s not gonna go anywhere when she’s home. Connor in sales has always been great to us but the service department is the last straw. Unacceptable. They are ready to get there truck back and move forward from this nightmare of an experience. More

We never have issues and always receive the best service and best deal around and Connor has been our sales guy the last 3 purchases he is always exceptional! I regularly use their service department for my services and Phil has been great about communication and always ensuring I have a very nice loaner in the mean time while my work is done. I appreciate everything Diffee Ford and Lincoln does for me and my family. We will always be here to buy first before looking elsewhere as long as the deals stay great! More
