USed Ford Explorer A few days after I had made the purchase, I emailed the sale rep for answers to a few problems I found. His responses were a little slow (for me) and A few days after I had made the purchase, I emailed the sale rep for answers to a few problems I found. His responses were a little slow (for me) and did not fully answer my questions. I had to send 3 emails to get all of my questions addressed. One minor thing that could possibly be fixed over the phone (dead key FOB) I was told just to bring it in and Diffee would check it out. Diffee dealership is not close to my house and I would have preferred to have been gicing some instructions instead of "just drop by here" (30 miles away and only open 8-5) and we see our service person. I called the service person and received a return call a day and a 1/2 later. More
