very friendly an helpful while selling me a vehicle when me an my wife got to diffee we where greeeted with friend faces an very good customer service everyone asked us if we needed anything to drink an when me an my wife got to diffee we where greeeted with friend faces an very good customer service everyone asked us if we needed anything to drink an made us very comfortable in the buying experience then came the after the sale, the rear camera was not working correctly on the truck an had a couple other issues tire monitor fault, check engine light, gas cap light, check rear park aid, wobble when you drive from between 30mph an 75mph, so i let Turner know before we left the lot the day we bought it he said that it will be fixed when we bring it in for our appointment for the rear camera , so i call on monday to set appointment for friday july 1, when i get there they say they dont have time to get it all done which i took off work because i was told it would be done, when i go pick it up later that afternoon melvin gave me his spill about what was wrong an told me to my face that my truck wasn"t wobbling an tried to make me feel stupid he told me it was tire pressure, so i leave an get on I-40 an still wobbles an the check engine light came back on within 25 miles , an i have contacted Turner numerous time an he told me he is a sales consultant an he can"t, do anything that i need to talk to someone else so here i am still haven"t heard anything from anyone about this, so my rating on buying a vehicle is a 5star after the sale is 0 stars More

BEST DEAL AROUND AND HONEST PEOPLE I SHOPPED AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS FOR A NEW 2016 F-250 CREW CAB DIESEL 4X4...I EVEN WENT TO TEXAS....THOSE GUYS IN VERNON, TEXAS WERE PLAYING GAMES AS WEL I SHOPPED AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS FOR A NEW 2016 F-250 CREW CAB DIESEL 4X4...I EVEN WENT TO TEXAS....THOSE GUYS IN VERNON, TEXAS WERE PLAYING GAMES AS WELL AS SOME OF THE BIG DEALERS IN OKLAHOMA. THE GUYS AT DIFFEE FORD IN EL RENO, OKLAHOMA WERE THE SAME FROM THE FIRST TIME I SPOKE WITH THEM IN THE BEGINNING UNTIL I DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM 2 MONTHS LATER. HONEST AND NO PUSHY GUYS. THEY REALLY TOOK AN INTEREST IN HELPING GET THE MOST FOR MY 2 TRADES AND MADE SOME CALLS TO INDIVIDUALS THEY KNEW THAT I COULD SELL DIRECTLY TO INSTEAD OF THEM LOW BALLING ME AND TRYING TO MAKE MORE ON MY USED TRADES. FINANCE WAS GREAT AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME EVERY "WARRENTY" AND EXTRA STUFF OTHER DEALERS PUSH ON YOU. OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN! More

The process was smooth and they were able to get us a 0% loan which is really what sold us on buying that day. We traded in our Tahoe and I went in knowing what I wanted for trade in without telling the salesman and they gave us the Kelly Blue Book trade in value I wanted. I am someone who is always skeptical and never trust car dealerships but left there feeling they were very honest and truthful with us every step of the way. I'd definitely recommend buying from Diffee. More
