Sales is great! Service dept needs work I bought my 2011 f150 a couple of days ago. The sales team was excellent! The dealer was courteous and helpful and the deal was fair. I feel I got a fair price for my trade and a fare price on my purchase. Now fast forward too today. Once again the salesman was great coming through on his promises. One of those being talking to the service dept about an issue. Well service didn't call me as they said they would for starters. Then when I explain my problem and a possible solution he jumps at me with " Google ain't a repair diagnoses" or something to the affect. I told him I didn't use Google. That I infact talked to a Ford mechanic. And even had the tsb for the problem. He insisted it would have to be kept over night. The tsb called for a software flash. He then says how are we gonna fix a problem with out parts! Last I knew software flashes require no parts. I was willing to pay for the software flash with no diagnostic. No overnight stay but his rudeness cost the dealership any chance of me ever using the service dept. I will pay more other places if I'm treated better. After it was all said and done. He looked up my vehicle and low and behold it does need a software update. Now I'm not a mechanic. But I have studied up on how dealership service departments work and this throws up sighns of less ethical operations. I hope I'm wrong. Sorry for the rant but I'm not happy at all. That being said I have no issue buying another truck from Lancing and Court. More

Never a push toward a particular vehicle, extreme patience shown to a woman buyer, and a trade-in allowance exactly what the buyer had calculated was needed to close the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership based on our experience with them. More

His communication was great, as he got right back to us the next morning with answers to our questions! The dealership did not try to "mess" with us and waste our time! Lansing turned us over to Mark the finance guy and he was great as well, very enjoyable experience there too! Lansing made sure we met up with the service dept and that we were familiar with our new Ford truck!!! More
So many service visits Every time I visit for an oil change or some other odd end, I am taken care of. On a first name basis with Phil and Brandon (is that good or bad haha!) and every time I have taken one of our two vehicles in for a service, everything is just taken care of. Its just nice to not have to feel guarded and on the defensive when they come with the "uh oh" list of things. Its why I drive all the way out to El Reno every time I need service. We have bought two Lincolns and two Fords from the dealership and all of them have been great. Thanks folks, customer for life. More

This was my first time purchasing a car by myself, and every person, in each department with which I dealt, was so helpful and clear. Lansing was stellar, and went over many details with me, always clarifying and never pushy. I could not have asked for a better salesman, to guide me through all the steps needed, to eventually drive off in my 2015 Ford Edge. Stan Houts was so helpful to me early on, when I had many questions about the vehicle I was trading in. He started the whole process off in a very positive note, which was instrumental in helping me to get the ball rolling and finally buy a car. I would not hesitate to buy from Diffee Ford in the future! More
