Disappointed by the failed diagnosis in which we were charged for a courtesy inspection. Tech was 100% inaccurate and we brought it to Bens's attention when we came in person on 12-13-24. Received an estimate for $1500 to replace a part that didn't need to be replaced but it was just a seal for $79. Ben was great to deal with initially, but the service folks need some additional training. We left with a sticky note and not anything else. I'm sure others have wonderful experiences here, but this was just ours. More
