I thank them all for making my Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase an absolute pleasure. The salesperson I worked with was Que and he was amazing. I was very satisfied with his approach and attention to my needs. He also reviewed other Grand Cherokee models (alternate colors and options) that were located at the dealership since the trim model I was interested in was in short supply. He answered all of my questions and when we realized the car I wanted with the options was located in the rear of the store he went out back and pulled it up front underneath an overhang for me. He said this was "so I would get the chance to inspect the car out without getting wet" as it was raining really bad. He was very patient and attentive to my needs. Even though I had driven the car at another dealership that night, Que took me out for a spin and actually told me a few things about the car I didn't know and the other salesman at the previous dealership did not mention. I tend to ask questions that leave most salesmen silent or seeking the answers from a manager. At no point did I ever feel pressure to get something I didn't want nor made to feel like the trim level of choice was any lesser vehicle option than the highest trim level. Upon making my decision at the dealership I got to meet Dan the sales manager. He was the most genuine manager I've ever met. He was honest and upfront which is also rare these days. Dan and Que are so much fun and great to work with. They even got me under the payment I was aiming for and what's even better is that I didn't have to negotiate for hours. When I purchased the car that night Que took his time and sat with me for almost an hour explaining the features of the car and how to use them. I highly recommend this dealership. THANK YOU GUYS!!! I was just browsing for a new vehicle, went to #1 Cochran to test drive my dream vehicle. The dealer there had the personality of a wet sponge & wasn't willing to bargain until he knew my trade in. So we stopped by Diehl of Robinson & were very pleased from the get go. Lisa began to help us, but we went to Eddie since my mom was listed at his client from a previous Micks Dodge sale. Eddie was extremely friendly, and not slimy or pushy. My mom test drove & bought a new Liberty that day. I told Eddie what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He told me some options & then we drove the Dodge Journey. He got me all of what I wanted for WAY less than the Terrain. Rick was great to work with in the financing. His goal was to make things easier for me. My car got the Zurich protectant on it & that was easy to schedule. It was also done faster than expected. I also had to have emissions done because my car was from another county. When I realized that, I called & they squeezed me right in immediately.
