Wasn’t given the price for the service and was charged for gloves and cleaning. Had to pay for a tire rotation even though two wheels have to be taken off for a state inspection. Waited for two hours with for gloves and cleaning. Had to pay for a tire rotation even though two wheels have to be taken off for a state inspection. Waited for two hours with no updates until my car was done. I’m aware state inspections require at least an hour but there were no update along the way suck as we just go your car in or a technician is working on it now. More

When I arrived, Lisa question why I was there and had a look on her face like I was bothering the heck out of her. She said: "making a noise in the rear? Rear speaker trim?" While shaking her head and look look on her face like I was bothering the heck out of her. She said: "making a noise in the rear? Rear speaker trim?" While shaking her head and looking at me like a teacher. I've been working on cars since I was 8 years old, built trucks for GM for 12 years, so for 35 years, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing. The only reason I'm not fixing these problems is because it is under warranty. After finally letting me back in the shop to look at the noise in the rear of my gladiator, I shook the driver's rear coil spring and found that the isolator pin had broken off at the top. However, since they could not replicate the noise that I originally mentioned as to the reason I was coming in, they will not replace it. So guess what, when I hit a decent pothole (because our roads are so great in this area) and the driver's rear coil spring pops out of its location at the top, you will then have to tow me and pay for that bill. Now I can look past how passive aggressively Lisa was acting, but the problem I have is that when I do have a breakdown issue or warranty issue, there is never ever ever a car available while warranty work is being performed. I really like Kelsey, she's very nice and she's very helpful but she is squeezed as there are zero loaner vehicles available. As I was in the shop, and I found that the upper coil spring isolator freely floats in location, even though they could not "replicate the noise," It is still considered a safety issue. If the coil spring comes out of its location, which it will if a decent enough bump is hit at a high enough speed, all the unsprung mass will be pushed forward towards the left driver's front wheel and a major crash is going to happen. That said, Ken in the garage came over and said "you have to get out of here. I have work piling up." Dominic was my schedule tech and he completely understood where I was coming from, however, Ken acted like a shift foreman and Dominic knew he was stuck and could not say anything else. Dominic is very good to work with, smart kid, but he is being squeezed by Ken. So if this issue does happen and a major accident occurs from this, I want you to understand this is in writing and I will be making a copy as this is an official problem. Understandably so I don't ever do surveys because nothing ever occurs from them. I imagine I will not even receive a call, email or anything, by the way, this is the second Jeep I bought from your dealership and with a direction this is going, I will look elsewhere. Thank you for your time and understand that I am not the typical person that complains and argues and always acts like he's right, I'm trying to explain what happened in the situation that I was presented with. You do what you want with what I'm providing. More
