Good overall experience I have been looking at Ram pickups for a long time and decided to test drive one. I chose Diehl in Grove City since their prices appeared to be the be I have been looking at Ram pickups for a long time and decided to test drive one. I chose Diehl in Grove City since their prices appeared to be the best around. I found the pricing to be somewhat deceptive on the Internet as the the pricing is dependent on the rebates and you don't easily know what you can qualify for. My other issue is with Chrysler Capital. It is impossible to know what your interest rate is until the credit is run. In fact we couldn't even really get a ballpark rate until we ran the credit. Every other bank out there can give you a rate at least. Besides those small issues and after a few days of negotiations, I reached out to one of the Managers, Bill Hart and he stepped in and made the deal happen. He was able to get us some more concrete terms and handed all the questions we had. After a few phone calls on Saturday morning we got everything finalized and I stopped in Saturday afternoon to buy my new Ram, which is great by the way. Bill and Chuck Johns in Finance were both great to work with and they are valuable assets to the Dealership. More
