This dealership sold ma a truck that will NOT pass inspection. Then they tell me to call and set up an appointment at a different garage and that place never answers their phone. In general everything is very good. Recently I needed new tires for my Prius. However, when I drove home I felt vibrations. So I called and took the car back to try and fix the probl Recently I needed new tires for my Prius. However, when I drove home I felt vibrations. So I called and took the car back to try and fix the problem. Again, there was some vibration, so I took the car back and they tried again. Several weeks later I had another problem, which they fixed. While there I mentioned that the vibration was still there? So Randy had Larry take it for a test ride. When he finished he explained the problem. My new tires were HARD not SOFT so I was feeling every bump. So now I know what is going on, now I just have to get used to it. More

Are you kidding me? We just had the brakes and rotors replaced and we’re told it would not pass inspection unless we had them replaced again not even nine months and 900 We just had the brakes and rotors replaced and we’re told it would not pass inspection unless we had them replaced again not even nine months and 9000 later. Oh yeah triple the cost! Sorry we won’t be back More
