Scheduled my appointment online after not being able to talk to a real person . Upon arrival I was informed that the service dept was double booked being I made the appointment online . The receptionist was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. My appointment was scheduled for 8am, my car did not go back to start its service until close to 8:30 because no mechanics ha Very friendly and kind. My appointment was scheduled for 8am, my car did not go back to start its service until close to 8:30 because no mechanics has arrived. I fully understand that things go wrong and sometimes people arrive late, but it would have been nice to acknowledge this with me. Because my appointment started late, I was then late for the remainder of the day, running about 30 minutes behind, which made me look unprofessional and led to me apologizing for my lateness. I would have just appreciated someone at Diehl to acknowledge this was an issue and to communicate with me. The work itself was fine--an oil change and tire rotation. More
