After a frustrating experience at another dealership on a Tuesday morning, we stopped by Diehl in the afternoon and almost immediately found the perfect vehicle. The salesman, Josh, was attentive and friendly- no pressure, no mind games. Josh was very thorough in explaining the car’s features, the pricing, warranties, etc. We started the paperwork and went off to talk to our bank. There was a minor snag in the paperwork, but Diehl contacted our bank, pulled a few strings and smoothed it out. Thursday afternoon, I drove my new car home. Thank you Josh and the Diehl staff for your efforts on our part - we love our Buick Encore! . More

I left a review on google so hopefully that one does justice. Coty was great to work with. Dudes into rocks and anime, not pushy, understanding. Ironically my partner ended up buying a car some where else, it was stark contrast to our experience at Diehl. More
