In general everything is very good. Recently I needed new tires for my Prius. However, when I drove home I felt vibrations. So I called and took the car back to try and fix the probl Recently I needed new tires for my Prius. However, when I drove home I felt vibrations. So I called and took the car back to try and fix the problem. Again, there was some vibration, so I took the car back and they tried again. Several weeks later I had another problem, which they fixed. While there I mentioned that the vibration was still there? So Randy had Larry take it for a test ride. When he finished he explained the problem. My new tires were HARD not SOFT so I was feeling every bump. So now I know what is going on, now I just have to get used to it. More

This dealership sold ma a truck that will NOT pass inspection. Then they tell me to call and set up an appointment at a different garage and that place never answers their phone.
