My suggestion is to give the customer a check list to take home before they pick up the vehicle as a reminder of all the questions they might have to highlight the ones the actual have. For example, I left and have no idea how the you unlock the wheel locks. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Diehl Toyota in Hermitage. Elijah was the salesperson who helped me. Elijah contacted me when he got home that evening and told me what he had available. I stopped in the next day and purchased the first vehicle that he showed me. He found one with everything that I asked for. Elijah was honest and made the process comfortable for me. I would definitely recommend Elijah to any of my friends and family.
