Their service department is always so accommodating and understanding. I missed my first appointment, it was my fault, and they rescheduled me with no issue and let me keep the coupon I was going to use. I understanding. We just happened to be in the Hermitage, PA area and stopped at the dealership. I was so happy to see a Rav4 on the lot, and with no intention of buying at that point, I became the proud owner of a nic stopped at the dealership.
