I loved everyone there! My salesman was Evan Hart. He was amazing, genuine and kind. The sales manager, Randy, was down to earth and made me feel that it would all work out. The finance manager, Matt, worked to get me the best deal. Overall awesome experience! They even drove my old car an hour away to my home, so I could leave with LUNA, my new Lunar Rock Toyota RAV4! Very friendly people but the repair is grossly overpriced. I arrived at my appointment with 2 alerts on the dashboard ...Hybrid system malfunction and pre-collision system malfunction. She asked me if I was notified that the diagnostic test would cost $149. I said no but added that I assumed that I had no choice. They did the work while my wife and I waited for 3 hours for the technician to replace some wiring that had been chewed by chipmunks in our garage. The friendly rep said that I needed a garage cat and we both laughed. She noticed that my wife was very confused (Alzheimer's) and was very nice to us. When we received the invoice, the total was $798 minus a $125 discount labeled "spend and save", perhaps because the rep had engaged with us. She was nice. The total came to $673 for replacing wiring, a clean kit and cabin filter.. At home I noticed that I was charged $149.99 diagnostic twice, once for hybrid malfunction and once for pre-collision malfunction, AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT THIS WAS THE ISSUE. The bottom line is that they charged me $299.98 before any work was done. I'm not ok with that and would not recommend Diehl to anyone for repair. More
Slimy shady people. Set up appointment to purchase car. I asked the sales lady why didn’t she let me put a deposit down and was told she never dreamt that would happen.... incompetent is what that’s called. They turned away a customer that made an appointment 2 days in advance and showed up early to purchase the vehicle for some one one who put a deposit over the phone! More

Year old truck needed all new suspension Toyota fixed rear suspension after fighting with them for two weeks phone call after phone call. Two months later the front suspension was leaking. D Toyota fixed rear suspension after fighting with them for two weeks phone call after phone call. Two months later the front suspension was leaking. Diehl Toyota wouldn't do anything. Had to fix front suspension on my own dime on a truck that's a year old with less than 20,000 miles on it. Calling Toyota corporation is a joke. They dont call you back. Had to keep calling them to get thought, but all they did was brush me off. After spending 35,000 dollars they dont care about you or your vehicle. More

When we first arrived at the dealership, Jeff was quick to offer help and did so without any pressure. Once we decided on the final purchase, we then met with Susan Gessler who we found completely professional, courteous, and helpful in saving us extra steps to obtain the loan conditions we expected. Susan Gessler went the extra steps and patience to pursue and verify the information and thus saved us an extra day of doing this on our own. Her interaction and experience with other bank institutions has been extraordinary than any person we have dealt with in the past purchases of vehicles. Simply put - She made us happy that she took care of what we would have needed an extra day to do on our own. Diehl Automotive should be very proud of this employee, Susan Gessler and Jeffrey Rossiter! More

I had a lot of questions about different coverage's for a lease and she answered them all and tried to get me a price I was happy with. While processing the paperwork Susan was fun to talk to and made you feel relaxed about the whole transaction. More
