Seemed very disorganized this trip. Quite was confusing and not sure what I paid $1100.00 for. Car was completed yet we waited 45 minutes for someone to take our payment. I have had all of my service done here since buying my car new in 2019. Hope changes are made! More

I’d give less if possible. This will have been my 2nd service appointment for the same knocking noise from my front suspension. 1st time nothing was wrong, second time nothing This will have been my 2nd service appointment for the same knocking noise from my front suspension. 1st time nothing was wrong, second time nothing was wrong. Except that I now all 4 of my tires are “severely cupping” due to alignment issues. Funny thing is, the 12 point inspection done with my oil change at this visit showed I did not need an alignment or balancing. Which begs the question what is actually wrong with the vehicle? My front tire tread is at a 4 and my rear are at a 6. Do you think rotating the tires that were purchased at this dealership I might add, would be a common sense thing to do? Apparently not! I was told I have to ask specifically for the tires to be rotated. This could explain why my tires are cupping! No tire rotation since Diehl took over just might do it! But let’s not forget that the underlying issue of my front suspension knocking. What do I know? Im just a silly female! With that said, I have given ample opportunity for this issue to be fixed and now I am in a forced position to get answers on my own. I will have a certified mechanic look at the vehicle and if there is any issue in the front suspension I will be filing a lawsuit against Diehl Subaru. For anyone that reads this and is experiencing the same problem, please know that if your vehicle is under warranty and the dealership refuses to fix a covered issue, that is a breach of contract in addition to negligence. I may be a silly female but I’m a silly female who works in the legal field. More
I live an hour away, so I have to wait on my car for my oil changes. They always get me in right away, even if I’m early, and quickly get me on my way. Peter has helped me the last few times and is very fr oil changes. They always get me in right away, even if I’m early, and quickly get me on my way.
