I was driving on Rte 77 to Canton. My 2010 Subaru Forrester started smoking and the signals were flashing on / off telling me to Check the Engine etc., and fortunately, I was able to My 2010 Subaru Forrester started smoking and the signals were flashing on / off telling me to Check the Engine etc., and fortunately, I was able to drive and park at the Mercy Cleveland Clinic Hospital. I was very worried that our car may have seen its last days! (My Triple AAA driver took me to Diehl’s Subaru. I was grateful for him towing my car there!). When I first found out the Diehl’s Subaru of Massillon was where the car was being towed, and I was connected to Rick, he put me at ease. He told me he could arrange a ride home, bc I couldn’t contact my husband. (Thank you to Tim, who drove me home, also! He was kind and I appreciate that he drove me home!). Rick made me aware that my car could still be driven and repaired! My husband and Rick talked about the car’s assessment and what we could get fixed at this time! We feel SAFE about driving our car again! Thank you, Diehl’s Subaru of Massillon! We’re so appreciative! Cathy /Dave Harp More

Diehl Subaru did an awesome job working on my 2017 Subaru Impreza came in for some recalls and they found out my tube seals were bad showed me a video explained my option even though it took longer then I ex Impreza came in for some recalls and they found out my tube seals were bad showed me a video explained my option even though it took longer then I expected but thats ok thanks to them my car is running like a top again. The staff were very friendly I will definitely be returning customer to get my Subaru serviced. Why the 4 stars though is they could use some more comfortable chairs in the waiting room especially for some of the longer wait times. More
