Matt is a genuine salesperson who just wants to do the best for the customer without being pushy or sly in any way. It was a pleasure to work with him and we are so happy we were able to make the exchange work! We love our new car and feel that we got a great value through a process that was more enjoyable than painful :). More

Erik was knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions, getting the paper work taken care of quickly, and working with our lender (USAA) so we could drive the car home that same day. He did not push us toward a certain car or model but rather helped in the decision making process when asked to do so, this was very refreshing after working with pushy dealerships in the past. Erik also went above and beyond in showing us how to use all the features of our new car and making sure it was in perfect condition before we drove it home. My brother, who lives in Ohio, wanted my car for his youngest daughter, which is why I bought in Ohio. Even in Ohio, I had conflicting, or no answers to questions on cars from other Subaru dealers. Waikem even delivered my new Subaru to my sister's house to fit MY needs and plans to surprise my niece with my car. I would very highly recommend this dealer, and Matt. More

We went to the auto show and did our research and after months of looking and comparing we finally decided on the Subaru Outback! Absolutely love this vehicle and all of the options! Not wishing summer away but can not wait to try it in the snow! Erik was our salesman and he was awesome, very patient. Especially our first visit knowing we were not ready to purchase just yet. But he himself owned a Subaru and knew we would be back, LOL. He kept in touch with us on our search and test driving of other vehicles, and .......guess what? we came back and purchased a 2012 outback limited. Love the outback!
