After 5 hours of debating different cars, and finally finding the right one, Rick Ballas got us through the paperwork quickly and showed us all the features of the car so we could be on our way. Overall it was a very good experience but it would've been nice to know from the start that any sports car is out of the question for a first time lease at my age. More

All aspects of the car buying process were seamless. My salesperson, Erik Bettinger, was very knowledgeable and showed me a number of vehicles before I settled on the perfect choice. I had decisions to make regarding whether to finance or not and whether to trade in a car or not. Erik provided me with all of the pertinent information I needed so that I was able to make an informed decision. My closing transaction was handled with lots of energy by the finance manager as well. Each interaction I've had with the dealership has been positive and I highly recommend them to others. This is the second new Subaru my household has purchased from Waikem and Erik in the past 12 months. If that doesn't express customer satisfaction, I don't know what does! More

Extremely knowledgable, friendly, laid back and zero pressure. He showed us the Crosstreks available at the time and went over all the features and accessories available. Once we decided on the one we wanted, color and options, he put an order in. They were able to find our car sooner than expected and communicated with us the whole way. They gave us a very fair deal on our trade-in. Did not nitpick the car and took in consideration the upkeep and condition, and rewarded us fairly. We could not be there to pick the car up together, so Rick took the time to go over the car with me in detail, and then aging in great detail when the wife picked it up! Wife says at the closing, there was no pressure for all the extra add ons, but all options were explained. Great service from start to end. More

We went from a 2010 car to a 2017 SUV for only $50 more a month. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. First spoke to Brian 4 months ago and he was not pushy at all. He waited until we were ready and it was just nice having someone looking out for your own best interest where many dealerships don't. At Waikem they show you the numbers. They show you everything your paying and there is no hidden fees or surprises when you go to sign the paperwork. I will stick with Brian from here on out for my family's auto needs. More
