i had a very bad experience with the service dept in September. had David from Diehl not called me to apologize, i never would have stepped inside Diehl again. as to my oil change, wait time for an app September. had David from Diehl not called me to apologize, i never would have stepped inside Diehl again. as to my oil change, wait time for an appointment was greatly improved. also, Lexie in the service department was very helpful & answered all my questions. one other point, wife was in for oil change recently on her Hyundia. she spent two hours there & they tried to push service on her that she knew she didn't need. she told me, she Doesn't want to go back . This dealership’s service center is average at best. The scheduling tool is clunky and non responsive. They are two weeks out on all service requests. They do a poor job double checking their work. My experience during my maintenance was very satisfying. The GM Job sh of Kia of Aliance told me to take my business elsewhere when i just bought the car from them. So i did and im glad i did.
