This dealership’s service center is average at best. The scheduling tool is clunky and non responsive. They are two weeks out on all service requests. They do a poor job double checking their work. The lemon dealer Bought a brand new 2019 sonota after only 900 miles on it the engine started making loud noises took it in to service they it was nothing serious and Bought a brand new 2019 sonota after only 900 miles on it the engine started making loud noises took it in to service they it was nothing serious and could fix it but they didn't have the parts so they told me they didn't have a loaner so the drop me off a local car rental to pick up a rental so I go in and they tell me they dont have a car for me so I call them back so they can come back and get me them I come back to the dealer and they say it fixed they told me they test drove it so I get back in the car and start driving home and it's worse than it was before I brought it in so I'm stuck with a brand new car with a bad engine buyer beware More
