i had a very bad experience with the service dept in September. had David from Diehl not called me to apologize, i never would have stepped inside Diehl again. as to my oil change, wait time for an app September. had David from Diehl not called me to apologize, i never would have stepped inside Diehl again. as to my oil change, wait time for an appointment was greatly improved. also, Lexie in the service department was very helpful & answered all my questions. one other point, wife was in for oil change recently on her Hyundia. she spent two hours there & they tried to push service on her that she knew she didn't need. she told me, she Doesn't want to go back .
