VERY poor communication. Had my vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks and didn't do anything with it most of those weeks even though they had the parts. This was also the second time that Had my vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks and didn't do anything with it most of those weeks even though they had the parts. This was also the second time that they had to go through my glove box to access a filter compartment and both times they spilled stuff out of it and just left it laying on the floor. Very unprofessional. They also need to address their 'problem' with changing air cabin air filters. They were going to charge me $95 to clean it out since it was vibrating after they changed the filter. This should be a normal part of changing the filter. . I had to take it back into address that. I argued that I was never told there would be a $95 charge and they decided to waive it. They have a history of not communicating well with customers. This is the third or fourth time I've had to deal with them. Seriously, considering taking it to a dealership that is farther away for service in the future. More

Efficient from start to finish, from the moment of checking in, to wait time, to checking out. Everyone friendly. All explanations easy to understand as far as work to be done and why there were recom checking in, to wait time, to checking out. Everyone friendly. All explanations easy to understand as far as work to be done and why there were recommendations made as well. Wouldn't hesitate to continue bringing my suv here yearly for it's oil changes. More
