I was very appreciative of how quickly they got my Honda in the shop due to the recent recall. They were very efficient and knowledgeable about the recall as well. I’m unsure of the gentlemen’s name that I met when I walked in, but he had reddish brown hair, he was very kind and even pulled my vehicle in the garage because it was raining. The ladies at the front desk were very kind as well, there was a lady training and whoever was training her was doing a wonderful job as well. I am glad I bought my Honda hrv from Diehl and I am glad I had it serviced there! More

Initially, I was told the service fee was $150, but additional charges were added, bringing the total to $200. As a hardworking individual who values transparency, I find this practice deceptive and unfair. Additionally, I feel that repair costs for motor vehicles are often overinflated, making it even more challenging for everyday people to afford necessary maintenance.” More
