Rebecca got with the technician and got it handled. I would highly recommend Waikem Honda for any future services. I will definitely ask for Rebecca on all my future visits. Worst Customer Service - Every time I live in Perry township, I own a Honda Odyssey, makes sense that I would go to Waikem's to have my service done as well as purchase my vehicles. HOW I live in Perry township, I own a Honda Odyssey, makes sense that I would go to Waikem's to have my service done as well as purchase my vehicles. HOWEVER... I have owned a Honda for the past 14 years and have never purchased one from Waikem's. I have attempted to work with them, only to be ignored when I entered the dealership, or treated rudely when I was approached. I actually used them as an example for my 4 children on how NOT to treat people. Needless to say, my family walked out every time. We have driven 30 minutes to an hour out of our way to avoid working with Waikem's. I have however, had decent service in the service department (Bob was always extremely nice and helpful). However, I have not seen Bob the last couple times I've been there and Things are definitely different. The lady that approached me today basically just walked over to me and stared at me because she was trying to finish the food she just put in her mouth, then she asked if I was there for the "B125 service" (as if I know what that is), she did explain it to me. I let her know that I was actually there for a different problem. She advised me that there was a $99.99 diagnostic fee. I left without rescheduling, called another Honda dealership, and have an appointment in 2 days with a $52.99 diagnostic fee that goes toward my service. I will not be back to Waikem's no matter how desperate I am. I have given them too many chances over the past 14 years and nothing ever changes. I have heard similar complaints from friends and family and needless to say, they go elsewhere too. More

They make what used to be a confusing and uncomfortable experience (during the "old days", an understandable and pleasant one. When I called to get the history on her car and see what was due at 80,000 miles, he assured me that everything was up to date and she only needed an oil change. He knew exactly who she was by name and offered that he had looked out for her every time she came in. I am certain that she may not have always been the easiest customer, but there was no mention. I bought my car at Waikem about 8 months ago, and the transmission went out on me only a few days prior to Christmas.
