I have nothing but praise for Waikem Honda and service advisor Paul Windemuth. Our car was a month out of warranty when it developed air conditioner problems. Paul and Waikem went to bat for us and got advisor Paul Windemuth. Our car was a month out of warranty when it developed air conditioner problems. Paul and Waikem went to bat for us and got Honda to cover all necessary repair expense minus one hundred dollars, which I gladly paid. The air conditioner works great now thanks to Paul and all of the great service technicians at Waikem Honda. Thanks again Paul!! -------Charles Cox More
Run as far away from Waikem Honda Service Center Do Not Waste Your Time. We bought a 2017 Honda Civic in April, then in June, the wiper motor broke, but the Waikem Honda Service Center said the car w Do Not Waste Your Time. We bought a 2017 Honda Civic in April, then in June, the wiper motor broke, but the Waikem Honda Service Center said the car was in a wreck! REALLY! They didn't even look at the wiper motor. They wanted to charge us $100 just to look at the car and then they said if it was the wiper motor they were going to charge us $400. What about the Warranty People! We took it to another Honda Dealership and they looked at the car right away, NO CHARGE! And knew it was the wiper motor and it would be covered under the WARRANTY!!!! Wow!! Why couldn't Waikem do that? Were they trying to pull a fast one on us? Maybe they were trying to make some money? We will never be back and if I was you, I would do the same!!!! More
Service So last month I took my vehicle in to get a new battery and then they told me I needed all these different things done to the vehicle and I only did So last month I took my vehicle in to get a new battery and then they told me I needed all these different things done to the vehicle and I only did one thing which was it needed an all around brake job. But only did the fronts. Then today I had someone look at my rear breaks and they said that the rotors did not need to be changed nor did they need to be machined by an ASE Certified Tech. Talk about a place that just wants to empty your pockets royally all because you have to take it there in order to keep you Warranty Valid. More

Quick, Thorough, and Honest I arrived to my service appointment early and was greeted warmly. The gentleman who first looked over my vehicle asked for permission before even lay I arrived to my service appointment early and was greeted warmly. The gentleman who first looked over my vehicle asked for permission before even laying his paperwork on the windshield to mark on it. Using my windshield as a hard writing surface to mark up paperwork would in no way harm my vehicle and no other dealer has ever asked before doing something like that. It may seem like an insignificant detail, but it struck me as uniquely courteous. He then proceeded to call me "sir" repeatedly, which you don't seem to hear as much these days. He made sure to tell me what the total would be before starting on any work, and since I indicated that it was my first time visiting the dealership, he escorted me to the waiting area, then to the cashier, and then back to my car. Overall, I was very happy with the work, and very happy with the courteous and considerate service. I own two Honda's, and plan to schedule both for maintenance with this dealer now. More

I made an appointment on line, which is very convenient. My appointment was for 11 am. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and various filters replaced. I brought my laptop with me while I waiting. Great service Came in with in the antifreeze leaking, thought it might be a water pump. I explained to Rebeca that I needed my vehicle the next day to move my mother that it was the only vehicle I had with a hitch to pull the trail. She told me it was a lot of work to do what they would do their very best to get it done. I came back at 3:30 to see how it was going and she said the technician Jeff Z. was still working on it and was going to have it done by 4:00pm when they close. I came back at 4:00 and Jeff was still working hard on it, Jeff and Rebecca went over and above to make sure I had my vehicle back that day, 4:30pm and I had my vehicle and it was on my way.
