The finance person, Ms. Nelson, was also very courteous and helpful. After I drove the vehicle for about a week, I noticed it needed an alignment, wheel balance and minor brake adjustment. Don Stallman, the service manager, made sure these minor repairs were completed in a timely manner with no additional cost to me.
