Totally awesome group of people My husband and I have been considering a newer vehicle for awhile since my car is a 2004 Honda CR V. We had started looking at vehicles shortly afte My husband and I have been considering a newer vehicle for awhile since my car is a 2004 Honda CR V. We had started looking at vehicles shortly after the new HR V came out and we went back to Waikem because that's where we purchased the 04. We talked to Duane Carnathan during our first visit and several visits afterwards before we actually decided to buy. We were looking for a manual transmission in the HR V which they didn't have on the lot. Duane went to work and went out of his way to find us several vehicles that came with a manual even if they weren't Honda"s. We really like Honda product so we finally decided on a 2016 CR V. (Breaks my heart Honda that The CR V's don't come in manual anymore) Duane was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent as much time as we needed to make up our minds. He made sure we understood everything about the car and all of our options. Jared Swinehan in finance was just as courteous and helpful. We bought the car on a Saturday and the couple extras we purchased was ordered and put on the following Tuesday. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Duane and Waikem to everybody. We had done our research on what would work for our large family and they exactly what we needed. This was probably the quickest and easiest car we have ever bought. Dustin worked quickly and efficiently so we could get in and out with our two young kids. Jared (I believe that was his name) in finance worked just as quickly and efficiently as our children were fading fast! Great guys and we will definitely be back when it's time to purchase our 2nd vehicle! More

Family satisfaction During the same week my wife and I bought a beautiful 2014 Honda Odyssey and our daughter and her husband bought a 2017 Ford Explorer; both from a Wai During the same week my wife and I bought a beautiful 2014 Honda Odyssey and our daughter and her husband bought a 2017 Ford Explorer; both from a Waikem dealership. Our Odyssey was very reasonably priced, in almost mint condition, and had low miles. Our salesman, Duane Carnathan, answered our every question, helped us get a great deal, and walked us through the whole process with patience and warmth. The van is great, but our experience at Waikem with Duane was first class. I will always go to Waikem for cars and service and will ask for Duane to help us. We rate Waikem and Duane 5-stars. Although our daughter and her husband did not have Duane, they are equally happy with their purchase and salesperson. More
