Service So last month I took my vehicle in to get a new battery and then they told me I needed all these different things done to the vehicle and I only did So last month I took my vehicle in to get a new battery and then they told me I needed all these different things done to the vehicle and I only did one thing which was it needed an all around brake job. But only did the fronts. Then today I had someone look at my rear breaks and they said that the rotors did not need to be changed nor did they need to be machined by an ASE Certified Tech. Talk about a place that just wants to empty your pockets royally all because you have to take it there in order to keep you Warranty Valid. More

Had a seamless, low-pressure, buying experience at the Waikem Honda location! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Facility is spotless. Large inventory of new vehicles in various models and trim levels. And, if they don't have it on-site, they will work to get exactly what you are looking for. They did not have a Civic EX-L in Aegean Blue, but were able to have it delivered for me within 2 days! I like to take my time and research a lot when making a vehicle purchase (took me over a month from the 1st visit to the dealership to finally make up my mind). I'm very turned off by the high pressure sales, fine print, and double-talk that seem common to the car buying process, so I was very pleased with Sales Consultant Patrick DiGiacomo. He did not try to push me to make a decision before I was ready. He was courteous, attentive, very knowledgeable, and able to provide all of the information I needed. Would definitely recommend Waikem and specifically Patrick for anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Honda! More
