I DID visit a competitor of waikem Honda and liked the offer they gave me on a new civic but didn't really care for the salesman. As a store manager I look for exceptional customer service and at waikem Honda I received it. My salesman was Brian Russ. He had an exceptional positive attitude and really seamed to put ME and my wants on the top of his list. Brian and his sales manager put me in the car that I wanted at a great price. I have bought MANY vehicles over the years but have never purchased one from waikem. After the great service I received I would definately buy from them again. Gentleman at Waikem.
