Good Experience at Waikem Honda I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda CR-V at Waikem. The salesman I worked with, Duane Carnathan, was very knowledgable and personable. The finance I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda CR-V at Waikem. The salesman I worked with, Duane Carnathan, was very knowledgable and personable. The finance person, Ms. Nelson, was also very courteous and helpful. After I drove the vehicle for about a week, I noticed it needed an alignment, wheel balance and minor brake adjustment. Don Stallman, the service manager, made sure these minor repairs were completed in a timely manner with no additional cost to me. From the time I walked onto the lot, until I drove away with my newly serviced vehicle, my experience at Waikem Honda was great. Thanks! More
